The program fee is a one-time payment to offset risk associated with your credit account. If you are approved, paying the full program fee opens your credit account and gives you access to your available funds as soon as your card arrives.
The annual fee is charged to your credit account yearly once the credit account is opened, and in about the same billing cycle of each following year. For example, if you’re assigned a credit limit of $300, you will see an annual fee on your statement of $75 the first year, and $49 for each following year.
